Elizabeth Bierer, M.D.
Chief of Staff
Dr. Bierer graduated from Blue Ridge High School and continued her education at the University of Arizona. After graduating from the U of A with a B.S. in Psychology, Dr. Bierer spent a year in South Carolina with AmeriCorp VISTA assisting Commune-i-Care, a not for profit organization, helping the medically underserved population of the state. After her year with AmeriCorp VISTA, Dr. Bierer was accepted into and began her studies at the U of A’s College of Medicine. Dr. Bierer is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Simranjit Galhotra, M.D.
Vice Chief of Staff
Simranjit Galhotra is board-certified in Pulmonary Disease and Sleep Medicine. He received his medical degree and his MBA from the University of Chicago. He completed his three-year Internal Medicine Residency at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC, and his three-year Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at George Washington University in Washington, DC.
Jason Johnson, M.D.

Dr. Johnson attended Medical School at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine in Grand Forks, North Dakota. He completed his Residency in Emergency Medicine at Synergy Medical Education Alliance-Michigan State University in Saginaw, Michigan.
Osaf Ahmed, M.D.
Medicine Department Chairman
Dr. Ahmed is a board certified internal medicine physician, treating patients just entering adulthood to those in their senior years. He graduated in 1987 from King Edward Medical College in Pakistan and completed his residency in internal medicine in 1999 at Staten Island University Hospital, Staten Island, New York. After that he completed his Primary Care Fellowship and he served as Chief Resident for one year at Staten Island University Hospital.
Joseph Pack, M.D.

Dr. Pack is board certified in emergency medicine. He attended Medical School at the University of Arizona College of Medicine where he received his medical degree in 2006 and completed his Residency at Michigan State University – Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies – Emergency Medicine in 2006.
Chad Brimhall, M.D.
Family Medicine Department Chairman
Dr. Brimhall received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Good Samaritan Family Medicine. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
J. Brian Olack, M.D.
Surgery Department Chairman
J. Brian Olack, MD, FACS is a well-trained Board Certified Plastic Surgeon at Olack Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in Show Low, Arizona. Dr. Olack received his General Surgery training in Springfield, Massachusetts at Baystate Medical Center, a hospital of Tufts University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Cleveland Clinic Florida, Dr. Olack had extensive training in the entire field of Plastic Surgery, including cosmetic surgery, reconstructive surgery, hand surgery, and many other non-surgical techniques.
Alan DeWitt, M.D.

Dr. DeWitt attended medical school at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson, Arizona. He completed his Internship and Residency at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. DeWitt is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and Hospice & Palliative Medicine.
John T. Mansfield, M.D.

Dr. Mansfield earned his medical degree at the University of Rochester and completed both his general surgery internship and urology residency at the University of Utah. He is board certified by the American Board of Urology.
