I have had two total knee replacements and I am currently lying in the hospital bed for my second one. The staff the hospital and the care has been outstanding. We are very fortunate to have this hospital and their capabilities for such rural setting. Both my husband and I consider that we could have services here on the mountain and our recovery was by far easier than if we had to travel to the valley.

The Nurse Residency Program enabled me to see and work in different areas in the hospital. It taught me to adapt my working skills in a stressful and non-stressful situation. This program allowed me to grow as a nurse in my areas of weakness.
The ER staff was friendly, provider was knowledgeable. Later in OB we had another great bunch of staff members take care of us. Was nice to have caring people on such a bad day.
Took care of my wife when her appendix was inflamed, right into the Er, quick testing, and off to surgery. The hospital Er and recovery room nieces were great. Thank you so much.
I had an extreme nosebleed for more than two days before I finally called 911 EMTs. THE EMTs WERE GR8 and said I should go to THIS ER so we did. Once there everything was one-to-three smooth and professional from Admit, and a short wait in a secure area with social distancing to being seen in an ER space by 3 health care professionals. All were kind, helpful, courteous and attentive and I was taken care of promptly and appropriately. Think it may have been less than an hour, start to finish!!! As a former healthcare pro I wanted to say WELL DONE & THANK YOU.
