Kimmie is a certified personal trainer and weight-loss coach. She’s 55 years young and has inspired people to get fit and healthy for 20 years.
A mother of three and grandmother of two, she’s a former figure and bodybuilder competitor. Kimmie is also a nationally ranked powerlifter who took home the gold medal at the 2016 Arizona Senior Olympics in Powerlifting.
She recently moved to Show Low from the valley and is inspiring residents of the White Mountain Community to get in the best shape of their lives. She also has a monthly fitness column in the White Mountain Independent, which she uses to spread her passion for fitness. She currently trains clients at The Gym in Show Low and Pinetop and online nationwide.
